What is sports rehab?
Sports rehabilitation is more than treating an injury — it's getting you back to the activity that hurt you, stronger than before. Our PTs work with runners, cyclists, CrossFit and Solidcore athletes, lifters, swimmers, golfers, and tennis players. We pair manual therapy and movement re-education with sport-specific reconditioning so you return to training with confidence, not crossed fingers.
Common conditions we treat
- Runner's knee (patellofemoral pain)
- IT band syndrome
- Achilles tendinopathy
- Plantar fasciitis
- Shin splints
- Hamstring and groin strains
- Rotator cuff and shoulder impingement
- Tennis and golfer's elbow
- Hip impingement and labral irritation
- Stress fractures and overuse injuries
What to expect
- Movement screen and sport-specific assessment to find the actual cause, not just the painful spot
- Hands-on treatment to settle pain and restore range of motion
- Progressive loading program — strength, plyometrics, and sport-specific drills
