Why DCPT

A clinic that treats clinicians well

One patient at a time

Hour-long evaluations. Hands-on treatment. No double-booking, no techs running your sessions.

Real mentorship

Weekly clinical reviews, paid CE days, and a $1,500/yr stipend. Owner is a treating PT and co-signs notes daily.

Productivity bonus

Earn more by treating well, not by churning visits. Bonus structure rewards quality outcomes and retention.

Team that has your back

Front desk handles scheduling, intake, and verification so you can focus on care. PTAs work with you, not under you.
